Review: Northwest Ballet Theater's, "Midsummer Night's Dream"

A MidSummer Night's Dream is a lively comedy expertly written by Shakespeare. This play is brought to life with the genius choreography of NBT's artist director John Bishop.

The cast brings to life Shakespeare's interesting characters with talented movements, high quality costumes and interactions with each other.

Titania, Oberon, Helena, Theseus and Hippolyta are all delightfully enticing and are skillful in bringing the story to life.

Every dancer, from the Star Fairies to the talented Nick Bottom will draw the audience into the humorous and beautiful story.

Puck, played by Ashley Henderson, steals the show. Henderson's sprite like looks and spunky attitude bring the audience to giggles and cheers.
