I just got off the phone with Customer Service and the man I spoke with told me that the only stores that are going to participate in Kmart Double Coupon days starting this Sunday are stores in:
California, Indiana, Florida and Pennsylvania
He had no further information as to when the double coupons might be coming to different areas of the country.
