I did a Walmart shopping trip tonight and here are my results. I got six packages of Kotex pantyliners. They are regularly priced at $1.00 at Walmart, so any time you see a $1 off of ANY Kotex, you know you can get some free Kotex. The Axe body wash are from the P&G insert (4/5). If you have any of the Axe coupons left, you can use them on the trail size (in the travel section at Walmart). The best part is that these qualify for the Unilever free meat rebate I've been posting about. The mascara was also free. There was a free product coupon in the April edition of All You magazine.The rest of the products were not free, but very cheap! The salad dressing coupons were from the March 29th inserts ($1.50/1). Kraft dressing is regularly priced at $1.58 at Walmart. Olay soap is regularly priced at $2.48. I used the P&G coupon insert from April 5th ($2.00/1) to buy these 2 bar soap packs for .48 each.
My grand total prior to coupons was over $37.00 (not including tax). After coupons, my total was $5.60 (that is including tax). Not a bad trip!
If you do not buy multiple copies of the Sunday paper, let me take this chance to encourage you to do this. This shopping trip alone paid for the extra papers that we buy.
